Job Summary
You will lead a growing department and team that is a major driver of our movement into the Digital Patient Engagement space. We are building a brand new mobile and web application that will provide the front-end experience for patient care access. Our hospital works with a number of systems including Allscripts. This position will aggregate all the multiple systems with one set of credentials.
The build is in the design/development phase; looking for someone that can lead forward and through subsequent phases of development and implementation. Position will manage analytics and reporting functions.
Reporting and working closely with the VP, Digital Health Strategy and Implementation, the Senior Director will work to improve outcomes, enhance patient experience, and deepen patients’ engagement in care through improved access, convenience and transparency across digital channels. The Senior Director, Digital Patient Engagement serves as an organization-wide lead and evangelist for patient-facing digital initiatives, including scheduling, pre-visit planning, patient self-management tools, payment mechanisms, access to records, post-visit follow-up, and experience surveys.
